The Elnur ECOHHR40 SOLAR 3.48kw High Heat Retention Storage Heater is an intelligent heater capable of utilising the excess surplus of solar energy, converting it into stored heat which is gradually delivered into the room providing FREE heating to your home. Additionally, the HHR SOLAR can be used as a backup system to your main heating system, only consuming the photovoltaic surplus fed into the grid. The heater also assesses the energy consumption and heat loss in a room daily to precisely establish the heat needs and to effectively adjust the energy required even turning on individual elements inside the heater allowing the heater to still operate at low wattages. Designed using high heat retention technology the heater will maximise comfort and economy whilst using your solar PV. When needed a portion of the heat will be released with the remainder being retained to provide instant warmth when needed. The heat is dispersed by activating a fan fitted within the heater providing increased distribution and warming times. The heaters come with a patented solar manager technology to manage and distribute surplus heat through different pieces of equipment as well as allow connection to the Elnur G-control system that allows you to manage your heating online. Using the free app you can control your heaters using wifi, including set-point temperatures and can even prioritise certain rooms to get heat first.
